What the Story is About
Thirteen-year-old Jo Larouche has always lived with her Aunt Lily. They live in the quiet deserts of California. Jo was left with Aunt Lily when she was a baby. The only things she knows about where she came from are a note with her name, "Jo," and a strange warning. The note says she was a "dangerous baby."
One day, after a Christmas party, something big happens. This event makes Lily and Jo leave California. They travel to a very strange and wild place called Eldritch City. Here, Jo finally starts to learn the truth about her secret past.
Jo and Lily join a special group. This group is called the Order of Odd-Fish. The Odd-Fish knights study information that most people would think is useless. They go on unusual quests every day. They also deal with the very unique and quirky knights of the Order.
But even with all the fun, a dangerous mystery appears. This new threat will push Jo to discover her true destiny. She must become the person she was meant to be.
