The Pinnacle is a tall building in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. It was finished in 2006 and has 14 floors. This building is a high-rise where people own their apartments, called condominiums. It stands 181 feet (about 55 meters) tall.
The Pinnacle is located in Cleveland's old Warehouse District. It faces a road called the Cleveland Memorial Shoreway (also known as Ohio State Route 2). The building is quite large, stretching almost a whole city block. It even sits on top of a parking garage that was built earlier. The Pinnacle is the second tallest building in its neighborhood, right after the Crittenden Apartments.
What is The Pinnacle Building?
The Pinnacle is a modern-style building designed for people to live in. It's a place where families and individuals can buy their own homes high above the city. These homes are called condominiums, or condos for short.
Why Was The Pinnacle Built?
The city of Cleveland needed more places for people to live in its downtown area. The Pinnacle was built to help meet this need. Many people wanted to live in the city center, and there weren't enough homes available.
Living in The Pinnacle
The condos in The Pinnacle are much taller than most other buildings in the Warehouse District. This means they offer amazing views of downtown Cleveland. From these homes, residents can see different parts of the city. A company called Citi Roc manages the building. They say it offers a special living experience that is hard to find elsewhere downtown.
