Christy's New Start
Christy de la Cruz is a 29-year-old interior designer. Her marriage recently ended. She found it hard to meet new people. So, she made a special prayer to the Virgen de Guadalupe. Christy asked for three nice men to come into her life.
Meeting the Reyes Cousins
Later, at a family barbecue, Christy's cousin Maggie helped her. Maggie introduced Christy to Bathlazar Reyes. He was a neighbor from Christy's childhood. Bathlazar used to tease Christy when she was younger. He was there with his two cousins, Melchior and Caspar. The three cousins are named after the Biblical Magi. This is a nod to their last name, Reyes.
The Dating Challenge
Maggie had a fun idea for Christy. Since Christy was now single, Maggie suggested a challenge. Each of the three cousins would take Christy on a date.
