Modern Changes and Growth
In January 2003, the brewery got new owners, the John Roberts' Brewing Co. They updated the brewery with modern equipment. They also used 150 tonnes of steel to make the tower stronger. This was needed because the new equipment made the building much heavier.
The brewery continued to grow. In 2013, they made more space for "fermenting vessels." These are big tanks where the beer ferments. As of 2018, the brewery makes six regular types of beer called "ales." They also create four special "seasonal beers" that change throughout the year.
