Tiago Jorge Honório, known simply as Tiago, is a former professional football player from Brazil. He was born on December 4, 1977, in Americana, Brazil. Tiago played as a striker, which means he was a forward player whose main job was to score goals for his team. He played for many different clubs during his career, both in Brazil and in other countries like China, Japan, and South Korea.

Tiago's Early Football Journey
Tiago started his football career in Brazil. He joined the youth team of União Barbarense in 1996. After playing in their youth system for a year, he moved up to the senior team in 1997. He played for União Barbarense until 2000, gaining important experience as a young striker.
Playing Football in Asia
Tiago spent a big part of his career playing football in Asia. He moved to China, Japan, and South Korea, where he became a well-known player.
Time in China
Tiago first moved to China in 2000. He joined Shenzhen Shangqingyin, which was later known as Shenzhen Ruby. He played for this club for several years, from 2000 to 2003. Later in his career, he returned to China to play for other teams.
