Tiernny started her professional club career in Israel. She played for Maccabi Emek Hefer during the 2020–2021 season. She played in 14 games and scored seven goals for the team.
After her time in Israel, Tiernny returned to the United States. She joined the Houston Dash in 2021 to try out for their team. Later in 2021, she signed a short contract with Kuopio Palloseura. This team plays in Finland's top league.
On August 25, 2022, Tiernny officially joined the Houston Dash. She played as a forward for the rest of their 2022 season. In September 2023, Tiernny moved to France. She signed with the French club Reims on September 2, 2023.
