Tiffany Willoughby-Herard is an American academic and author. She is a teacher and researcher at the University of California, Irvine. There, she works in the Department of African American Studies.
She also leads a group called the National Conference of Black Political Scientists. This organization is for people who study politics, especially about Black communities. Her work focuses on how Black people think about politics and how they have worked for change.
