Tiffany Zulkosky, born on May 19, 1984, is an American politician. She served in the Alaska House of Representatives for District 38 from 2018 to 2023. She decided not to run for re-election. Zulkosky is a member of the Democratic Party. She worked with the House Majority Caucus. In 2018, Governor Bill Walker chose her for the District 38 seat. All House Democrats agreed with this choice. Zulkosky is Yup'ik, an Alaska Native group. She was the only Alaska Native woman serving in the Alaska Legislature at that time.

Tiffany Zulkosky finished high school in 2002. She went to Bethel Regional High School. In 2006, she earned a degree from Northwest University. Her degree was in Organizational Communications. Later, in 2015, she earned a Master's degree. This was in Public Administration from the University of Alaska Southeast.

Youngest Mayor of Bethel
Tiffany Zulkosky was elected Mayor of Bethel when she was 24 years old. This made her the youngest Mayor in Bethel's history. She left this job in April 2009. She then started working for U.S. Senator Mark Begich. She was his Rural Director.
Other Important Work
From 2009 to 2011, Zulkosky was Senator Mark Begich's Rural Director. After that, she worked for the USDA until 2013. She was the Alaska West Area Director. Then, she led Nuvista Light and Electric Cooperative until 2016. Later, she became the Vice-President of Communications. This was at the Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation. She took a break from this job while the Legislature was meeting.
Serving in the Alaska House of Representatives
In February 2018, the District 38 seat became empty. Zach Fansler resigned from his position. Governor Bill Walker then chose Tiffany Zulkosky to fill the seat. This made her the first Yup'ik woman to be a member of the Alaska Legislature.
Working with Alaska Native Tribes
Zulkosky worked to build stronger ties. She wanted better relationships between the Government of Alaska and Alaska Native tribes. She focused on "tribal compacting." This is an agreement that explains which services tribes will provide. It also shows which services the government will provide.
