Todd Grisham (born January 9, 1976) is an American sports reporter. He works for DAZN and Glory kickboxing. Before joining ESPN in 2011, Todd was a commentator for WWE professional wrestling. He also worked as a sports reporter for the UFC from 2017 to 2020. At ESPN, he hosted shows like Friday Night Fights and was an anchor for SportsCenter.

Todd Grisham's Early Life and Education
Todd Grisham was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He grew up in Bay Minette, Alabama. During his first year of high school, he played soccer as a forward. His family moved several times, and he finished high school in Orange Park, Florida.
Todd went to Wingate University on a soccer scholarship for one year. Later, he moved to the University of West Georgia. There, he earned a degree in communications.
His first job in television was at KTVO in Ottumwa, Iowa. He worked there for about a year and a half. After that, he was a sportscaster for KOLD-TV in Tucson for five years. In 2004, he signed a contract to become an announcer for WWE.

Todd Grisham had a big role in the world of professional wrestling. He worked for World Wrestling Entertainment, known as WWE.
Working with WWE: 2004-2008
Todd Grisham started in WWE in 2004. He became the main announcer for Heat. He worked alongside other commentators like Jonathan Coachman and Josh Mathews. He did this for over four years.
He also hosted Experience with Ivory. After she left, he hosted it alone for a while. Then, Josh Mathews took over. Todd also hosted WWE's online show, Byte This!, until it ended in 2006. He also did interviews backstage for the Raw show. From 2005 to 2007, he hosted Bottom Line, which was a show that caught viewers up on Raw.
Commentator for ECW: 2008-2009
On July 29, 2008, Todd became the new play-by-play commentator for the ECW show. This means he described the action as it happened. He worked with Tazz first, and then with Matt Striker. In 2008, Todd and Matt Striker won a Slammy Award for being the "Announce Team of the Year."
Moving to SmackDown and NXT: 2009-2011

On April 7, 2009, Todd moved to SmackDown as the main play-by-play commentator. He started on April 10, 2009. He worked with Matt Striker again starting in October 2009.
In December 2010, Josh Mathews took over Todd's role on SmackDown. Todd then moved to NXT as the play-by-play commentator. He worked with Josh Mathews there. After five months, Todd left WWE. His last appearance was on SmackDown on August 26, 2011.
Todd Grisham's Sportscasting Career
In 2007, Todd Grisham became the host for Fox Soccer Channel's Major League Soccer broadcasts. He worked on pre-game and post-game shows until 2010.
On August 24, 2011, it was announced that Todd would join ESPN. He started on October 16, 2011, as a co-anchor for ESPNEWS. He presented "Highlight Express" during the overnight hours. He also gave morning sports updates for ABC's early morning show America This Morning. Todd also presented SportsCenter starting in December 2011. He left ESPN at the end of 2016.
Working with Glory Kickboxing: 2016-Present
Todd Grisham joined the Glory broadcast team in 2016. Glory is a kickboxing organization. He started as a backstage and post-fight interviewer. Later, he became a play-by-play announcer for their events.
Working with UFC: 2017
On January 3, 2017, Todd was hired by UFC. He worked at the studio desk and as a play-by-play commentator for fights. His first time as a UFC commentator was for UFC Fight Night: Rodríguez vs. Penn. He mostly worked on Fox Sports 1 as a studio host.
Working with DAZN: 2018-Present
On September 8, 2018, DAZN announced that Todd Grisham would join their team. He became a commentator for boxing matches.
