Tomas Noriel Joson III (May 10, 1948 – July 23, 2020) was a Filipino politician. He came from the first district of Nueva Ecija, Philippines. He was well-known for his time as the Governor of Nueva Ecija.
He served as Governor for one term from 1992 to 1995. Later, he was elected again and served for three more terms. These terms were from 1998 to 2007.
