This neighborhood covers about 329 acres (133 hectares). To give you an idea, an acre is roughly the size of a football field without the end zones. So, 329 acres is quite a large area! This space includes streets and even an old rail line that used to be a railroad path.
Where Can You Find Upper Hill?
Upper Hill has clear boundaries that help you know where it starts and ends.
- To the north, it's bordered by State Street.
- To the west, you'll find the former Highland Division Rail Line. This used to be a busy train track!
- To the east, Upper Hill is next to Watershops Pond, a large and scenic body of water.
