Violin Concerto (Brahms) facts for kids
The Violin Concerto in D major, Op. 77 is a work for orchestra and solo violin by Johannes Brahms. He completed the concerto in the summer of 1878. It was written for Joseph Joachim. The concerto premiered in Leipzig on 1 January 1879.
