Wayne Dawson, born on April 24, 1955, is a well-known American TV news anchor. He helps host Fox 8 in the Morning, a popular morning show. This show is on WJW-TV Channel 8 in Cleveland, Ohio.
Before joining WJW in 1981, Wayne worked for two years at WNIR-FM in Kent, Ohio. There, he was both a news anchor and a reporter. Wayne studied at Cuyahoga Community College. He then went to Kent State University and graduated in 1979. He earned a degree in journalism. Today, Wayne lives in Highland Heights, Ohio.
