Wayne Sing, born on January 8, 1968, is a former professional rugby league player from Australia. He played in the 1980s and 1990s. Wayne mostly played as a second-rower. He was part of teams like the Balmain Tigers, Eastern Suburbs Roosters, North Queensland Cowboys, and Paris Saint-Germain.

Playing Rugby League
Wayne Sing started playing rugby league in Dubbo, Australia. In 1987, he played for the New South Wales under-19 team. Soon after, the Balmain Tigers team signed him.
Early Career with Balmain and Eastern Suburbs
Wayne made his first big game appearance for Balmain in 1988. This was during a game against the Western Suburbs Magpies. He played 13 games for the Tigers in 1991. In 1992, Wayne moved to the Eastern Suburbs Roosters. He played 14 games for them over three seasons.
Time with the North Queensland Cowboys
In 1995, Wayne joined the new team, the North Queensland Cowboys. He played in their very first game against the Sydney Bulldogs. This was his first full season playing in the top league. He played 20 games for the Cowboys that year. At the end of 1995, he won two special awards. He was named the club's Player of the Year. He also won the Players' Player award, chosen by his teammates. In 1996, he played 15 more games for the Cowboys before leaving the team.
Playing in Europe
In 1997, Wayne Sing went to play rugby league in Europe. He joined the Paris Saint-Germain team. They played in the Super League competition that year.

Life After Playing
After he stopped playing professional rugby league, Wayne Sing went back to Dubbo. He coached the under-18 team for Dubbo CYMS.
Family Life
Wayne Sing's father, Noel Sing, was also a professional rugby league player. Noel played for the Penrith Panthers from 1971 to 1973.
