We're Lalaloopsy is a fun animated show for kids. It was made by MGA Entertainment, Splash Entertainment, and Netflix. The show is based on the popular Lalaloopsy dolls. It's a new version of the Lalaloopsy TV show that used to be on Nickelodeon. This new series first came out on Netflix on January 10, 2017.

What the Show Is About

This Netflix show is a fresh start for the Lalaloopsy series. The original show first aired in 2013. Both shows are about rag dolls who have exciting adventures in a place called Lalaloopsy Land.

However, there are some big differences between the two shows. The first series had 48 different Lalaloopsy characters. But We're Lalaloopsy focuses on just 10 main characters.

The Netflix series also tells a story that continues from one episode to the next. The older show had more separate stories in each episode. We're Lalaloopsy mainly follows a character named Storm E. Sky. She tries to find her place and be accepted in Lalaloopsy Land. Storm E. Sky had appeared in another Lalaloopsy movie before this show.

Another change is how the dolls look. The new show has a slightly different art style. You might notice their mouths look a bit different. Also, in this new series, adult voice actors play the Lalaloopsy characters.

Meet the Characters

Main Characters

• Jewel Sparkles (voiced by Kazumi Evans) is a fancy princess who loves shiny tiaras. She enjoys making herself look pretty. Her pet is a cute pink cat named Cat.
• Storm E. Sky (voiced by Mariee Devereux) is a cool, rock-and-roll guitar player. She's a bit shy and doesn't like singing in front of people. Storm E. Sky is the newest doll to move to Lalaloopsy Land. She and Jewel don't always get along at first, but they become good friends later. Her pet is a purple cat with a lightning bolt tail, called Cool Cat.
• Crumbs Sugar Cookie (voiced by Jocelyne Loewen) loves to bake yummy treats. Her pet is a small white mouse with a pink tail, named Mouse.
• Dot Starlight (voiced by Maryke Hendrikse) is super smart. She loves looking at the stars and inventing new things. Her pet is a red bird with blue wings, named Bird.
• Spot Splatter Splash (voiced by Sabrina Pitre) is a talented artist. She has a relaxed and easygoing personality. Her pet is a zebra with red and white stripes, named Zebra.
• Rosy Bumps 'N' Bruises (voiced by Diana Kaarina) is a kind nurse. Her pet is a brown bear wrapped in bandages. The bear has a heart-shaped medical patch over one eye.

Other Characters

• Ace Fender Bender (voiced by Matt Hill) is a helpful handyman. His pet is a brown monkey wearing a red bow, named Monkey. Ace looks quite different in this show compared to his earlier appearances.
• Berry Jars 'N' Jam is a farmer and a great cook. She is Sunny's younger twin sister. Her pet is a white cow with pink spots, named Cow.
• Sunny Side Up is also a farmer and loves animals. She is Berry's older twin sister. Her pet is a yellow chick with pink wings, named Chick.
• Forest Evergreen (voiced by Samuel Vincent) is a lumberjack who really loves maple syrup. His pet is a beaver wearing a red cap, named Beaver.
