The Building's Story
The Woman's Club of Warren building was first built in 1872. It was designed in a style called Italianate. This style was popular back then and often features things like low-sloped roofs and decorative details.

From Home to Club
When it was first built, the building was a private home. A family lived there for many years. But in 1922, something new happened. The Woman's Club of Warren bought the house. They turned it into their club headquarters.
Adding an Auditorium
Just two years later, in 1924, the club made a big change. They added a large auditorium to the back of the building. This auditorium could seat 500 people! It was a great space for meetings, performances, and other community events.
