Yosuke Saito (born April 7, 1988) is a former professional football player from Japan. He played as a forward, which means his main job was to score goals for his team. Saito played for many different clubs in several countries during his career, including Japan, Singapore, Latvia, Russia, Belarus, and Estonia.

Yosuke Saito's Football Journey
Yosuke Saito started his football journey in Japan. He played in the youth system of Yokohama F. Marinos from 2004 to 2006. After that, he joined their senior team in 2007. He played for Yokohama F. Marinos until 2010. In 2010, he also played for Zweigen Kanazawa.
Playing in Singapore
In 2011, Saito moved to Singapore to play for Albirex Niigata Singapore. This team is made up mostly of Japanese players. He played 26 matches for them and scored 8 goals.
Success in Latvia
In 2012, Saito moved to Latvia and joined a club called FB Gulbene. He quickly became a very important player for them. He scored all of his team's goals in the first part of the championship. Overall, he scored 9 goals in 14 matches for Gulbene, making him the team's top scorer.
Later in 2012, Saito joined another Latvian club, FK Ventspils. He continued his strong performance there, scoring 6 goals in 17 matches. Between both Latvian clubs, Saito scored a total of 15 goals in 31 matches during the 2012 season. This made him the second-highest goal scorer in the entire Latvian Higher League that year.
Moving to Russia and Belarus
After his successful time in Latvia, Saito moved to Russia in February 2013. He joined FC Ufa, a club in the Russian National Football League. He played 10 matches for them and scored 1 goal.
In 2014, Saito moved to Belarus and played for Slutsk. He played 17 matches and scored 7 goals for this team.
Later Career and Retirement
Saito returned to Latvia in 2016 to play for Riga FC. He played 15 matches and scored 5 goals. In 2017, he played for two clubs in Australia: Essendon Royals and Sunshine George Cross.
His last professional club was Viljandi Tulevik in Estonia. He joined them in February 2018. However, he left the club on May 1, 2018, due to family reasons. After this, Yosuke Saito retired from professional football.
