Yasuhiro Nagahashi was born in Fuji, Japan. His birthday is August 2, 1975. He became a professional football player after finishing high school.

Starting with Shimizu S-Pulse

In 1994, Nagahashi joined his hometown club, Shimizu S-Pulse. This team played in the J1 League, Japan's top football league. He started playing many games in 1995. He was often a right-side midfielder. This means he played on the right side of the field. He helped both with defense and attacking. However, he did not play any matches in 1996.

Time with Kawasaki Frontale

In 1997, Nagahashi moved to Kawasaki Frontale. This club was in the Japan Football League at the time. He quickly became a regular player for the team. This means he played in most of their games.

Kawasaki Frontale had great success with Nagahashi. The team was promoted to the J2 League in 1999. Then, in 2000, they moved up to the J1 League. In 2000, his team also finished second in the J.League Cup. This is a big tournament for Japanese football clubs.

However, Kawasaki Frontale was relegated back to J2 League in 2001. Nagahashi continued to play for them. In 2004, the team won the J2 League championship. This victory helped them get promoted back to J1 League for the 2005 season.
