Yohei Onishi (大西 容平, Ōnishi Yōhei, born October 30, 1982) is a former Japanese soccer player. He played as a Midfielder during his professional career.

Yohei Onishi was born in Okayama, Japan, on October 30, 1982. He grew up loving soccer and decided to pursue it as a career. Before becoming a professional, he played college soccer. He attended Hannan University from 2001 to 2004. This is where he developed his skills and prepared for the big leagues.
Playing for Professional Teams
After college, Yohei Onishi joined his first professional team, Ventforet Kofu, in 2005. He played for this team for six seasons, until 2010. During his time with Ventforet Kofu, he played in 134 games and scored 14 goals.
In 2011, he moved to another team called Kataller Toyama. He played for Kataller Toyama for five seasons, from 2011 to 2015. Here, he played in 161 games and scored 6 goals.
