"You Two" is a sweet song from the 1968 movie Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. This song also appears in the stage musical version, which started in 2002. It was written by two famous songwriters, Robert and Richard Sherman.

In the movie, a dad named Caractacus Potts sings "You Two" to his twin children, Jeremy and Jemima. Caractacus is an inventor, and he sings the song in his fun, unusual workshop. You might also hear parts of this song's tune mixed with the main Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (song) theme song.

Stage Musical Versions

The stage musical of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang includes two short versions of "You Two" that are not in the movie. These short versions are called "reprises."

Them Three

"Them Three" is a short reprise of "You Two." It was written for the stage musical in 2002, almost 35 years after the original song. The Sherman Brothers also wrote this version. It is sung by 'Grandpa' Potts.

Us Two

"Us Two" is another short reprise made just for the stage musical. The same writers created it. Jeremy and Jemima sing this song when they are in the Vulgarian dungeons. They sing it right before "Chitty Prayer," which is a short reprise of the movie's main song.
