Yutaka Azuma (東 泰, Azuma Yutaka, born September 21, 1967) is a former Japanese football player and manager. He was born in Tokushima, Japan. Azuma played as a Midfielder during his career. After he stopped playing, he became a football coach and later managed a team.

Yutaka Azuma was born in Tokushima, Japan, on September 21, 1967. He loved football from a young age. After finishing high school, he joined a professional football team. From 1986 to 1992, he played for a team called Toyota Motors. This team later became known as Nagoya Grampus. Azuma played as a midfielder, helping his team on the field.
Becoming a Coach: Yutaka Azuma's Management Role
After his playing career ended, Yutaka Azuma decided to stay in football. In 1995, he became a coach. He joined a local club called Otsuka Pharmaceutical. This club later changed its name to Tokushima Vortis. Azuma worked hard as a coach for many years.
In September 2006, he got a big promotion. He became the manager of Tokushima Vortis. He took over from the previous manager, Shinji Tanaka. Azuma led the team for the rest of that season. At the end of the season, he decided to step down from his role as manager.
