Yutaka Azuma (東 泰, Azuma Yutaka, born September 21, 1967) is a Japanese former football player and manager. He played as a Midfielder during his career. Later, he became a coach and briefly managed a professional team.

Playing Days
Yutaka Azuma was born in Tokushima, Japan, on September 21, 1967. After finishing high school, he joined the football club Toyota Motors. He played for this team from 1986 until 1992.
Becoming a Coach and Manager
After he stopped playing football, Yutaka Azuma started a new role. In 1995, he became a coach for a local team called Otsuka Pharmaceutical. This team later changed its name to Tokushima Vortis.
In September 2006, Azuma was given a big promotion. He became the manager of Tokushima Vortis. He took over from the previous manager, Shinji Tanaka. However, he only managed the team for a short time. He resigned from the position at the end of that season.
