Yvonne DeLaRosa is an American actress from Los Angeles, California. She has acted in many plays, movies, and TV shows. Yvonne is also known for her work as an activist and helper in the community.
She started her acting journey in a TV show called "Señor White" on the Fox network. Since then, she has become a well-known actress and filmmaker. Yvonne studied theater, film, and television at UCLA Film School. She earned both a bachelor's (BA) and a master's (MFA) degree.
Actor Jimmy Smits once called her the "...new wave of Latino talent." This was when she was honored as a rising star. She received this honor at the National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts in Washington, DC. Former President Bill Clinton was there to recognize her.

About Yvonne's Life
Yvonne DeLaRosa was born to a Colombian mother and a Native American father. She started learning about theater when she was only five years old. She later went to UCLA's famous film school. There, she earned her degrees in Theater, Film, and Television.
In 1999, she met filmmaker Sam Boyer at the Malibu Film Festival. They got married in 2000 at the Burning Man Festival in Nevada. They have one daughter together.
Yvonne's Acting Career
Yvonne DeLaRosa first became well-known in Hollywood in 2003. She got the main role in the FOX TV series Señor White. This was a big achievement, especially for one of her first auditions.
Since then, Yvonne has acted in many movies and TV shows. She starred in the web series Los Americans, which won an Imagen Award. She also appeared in the remake of "Helter Skelter."
