2006-2007 UCI Oceania Tour facts for kids
The 2006-2007 UCI Oceania Tour was an important series of professional road bicycle racing events. These races took place in different countries across the Oceania region, which includes places like Australia and New Zealand. It was the third time this tour had been held.
The season started in October 2006 with a race called the Jayco Herald Sun Tour. It continued until September 2007. Riders earned points based on how well they did in each race. The person with the most points at the end of the tour was crowned the 2006-2007 UCI Oceania Tour champion. The previous champion, for the 2005-2006 season, was Gordon McCauley.
