How the Station Started
In 2012, the radio station changed its name to 98.8 Castle FM. Its new slogan was 'Edinburgh's bigger local mix'. This meant it aimed to serve the people of Edinburgh.
Becoming Scotland's Castle
In late 2015, Castle FM changed its name again to "Scotland's Castle". Now, you can listen to the station 24 hours a day. It plays a mix of new and old songs. Its slogan is "radio for Scotland". You can find it on many online streaming platforms.
