Adam Flores Cruz (born August 27, 1970) is a former professional boxer. He was a heavyweight fighter. Adam Flores was part of the Mexican Olympic boxing team in 1996. He trained at the La Colonia Boxing Club. His coach was Eduardo Garcia.

Adam Flores was a talented athlete in high school. He played football and was a champion wrestler. In 1988, he won the C.I.F. 3A Division Heavyweight Wrestling Championship. He continued wrestling in college at Moorpark College. There, he earned many awards. These included All-State and All-American honors. He was also named Most Valuable Wrestler (MVP) and Team Captain.
Adam also earned a spot on the Mexican National Boxing Team. This team competed in the 1996 Olympic Box Offs. These tryouts took place in Halifax, Canada.
