Destiny Adia Andrews (born May 15, 1991), known by her stage name Adia, is an American singer and songwriter. She creates Christian R&B and urban contemporary gospel music. Adia began her music journey in 2012. Her first studio album, Behind Enemy Lines, was released in 2014 and became popular on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums chart.

About Adia
Adia was born Destiny Adia Andrews in St. Louis, Missouri, on May 15, 1991. As she grew up, she also lived for a while in Aurora, Illinois, near Chicago. She finished high school at Sparkman High School in 2009. Adia considers Huntsville, Alabama to be her hometown. Music runs in her family, as both of her parents are also musicians who travel to perform.
Her Music Career
Adia's music career officially started in 2012. One of her early songs, "Incomplete," was featured on Deitrick Haddon's album A Beautiful Soul.
Her first official single, "Rags to Riches," came out on March 14, 2014. A music video for the song was also released. The song was produced by Fred "Blaze" Crawford. Courtney "Noyz" C directed the music video.
Just before her first album, she released another single called "Torn Identity." Adia's first full studio album, Behind Enemy Lines, was released on August 26, 2014. This album was a success, reaching No. 38 on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums chart. Music critic Andrew Greer from CCM Magazine gave the album a good review.
In 2016, Adia released a cover song called "We All Want Love."
Giving Back
Adia is known for her kindness and generosity. She donated all the money she earned from her song "One Day at a Time" to help people. This money went to the victims of the terrible 2011 Super Outbreak. This was a series of strong storms that caused a lot of damage.
