Famous Works

After his studies, Gasull returned to Valencia. He painted many beautiful pictures for churches in his home city. Some of his most admired works were created for the church of San Juan del Mercado in Valencia. These include paintings titled St. Andrew, St. Stephen, La Vierge de I'Espérance (which means 'The Virgin of Hope'), and St. Joseph. These artworks helped decorate the church and tell important religious stories through art. He also created many other paintings that can be found in different churches throughout Valencia.

Later Life and Legacy

Agustin Gasull continued to paint in Valencia until his death. He passed away at the beginning of the 18th century, leaving behind a collection of impressive historical and religious paintings. His work is still admired today for its skill and storytelling.
