Akinori Mikami (三上 明紀, Mikami Akinori, born June 12, 1969) is a former Japanese football player. He played as a forward, which means he was usually trying to score goals for his team.

Akinori Mikami was born in Yaizu, Japan, on June 12, 1969. After finishing high school, he joined a football club called Mitsubishi Motors in 1988. This club later became known as Urawa Reds.
Mikami played as a forward, but he also sometimes played as a left side back. He played for the club until the end of the 1994 season, when he retired from professional football.
