Playing for Toyota Motors and Nagoya Grampus
In 1985, Akiyoshi Yoshida joined a team called Toyota Motors. This team played in the Japan Soccer League. This was a big football league in Japan at that time. Later, in 1992, this club changed its name. It became Nagoya Grampus Eight. Akiyoshi Yoshida played for this club for many years. He was with them from 1985 until 1994.
His Time in the J1 League
In 1992, a new and exciting league started in Japan. It was called the J1 League. This new league replaced the old Japan Soccer League. Akiyoshi Yoshida played his first game in the J1 League in June 1993. He played in a few matches during the 1993 season. However, he did not play in any games in 1994. He decided to stop playing professional football at the end of the 1994 season.
