Alain Roby is a very talented American pastry chef. He holds three amazing Guinness World Records! He also owns a special chocolate and pastry shop called All Chocolate Kitchen, located in Geneva, Illinois.

About Alain Roby

Chef Alain Roby learned his amazing cooking skills in Paris, France. He trained with a famous Pastry Chef named Lenotre. Chef Roby is known around the world for his incredible, life-sized sculptures made from chocolate and sugar. Imagine a sculpture as big as you, made entirely of chocolate!

Before opening his own shop, Chef Roby worked as the main pastry chef for Hyatt Regency Chicago for 24 years. He then opened his dream shop, All Chocolate Kitchen, on July 30, 2011.

Chef Roby has done many cool things in his career:

  • He is a permanent member of the Societe D’Escofier Chicago, which is an important group for chefs.
  • He has worked as a private pastry chef for important leaders and in big cities like London, New York, and Tokyo.
