In 2007, she joined the show El Gordo y la Flaca. She worked as a reporter and sometimes helped host the show. In February 2008, she became a model and co-host on Sabado Gigante. This was a very popular show hosted by Don Francisco. Alejandra worked on Sabado Gigante for six years. She appeared in 333 weekly shows.
New Projects and Hosting
In July 2014, Alejandra left Sabado Gigante to try new things. She moved to Los Angeles to work on other projects. In the same year, she helped host Nuestra Belleza Latina 2014. In July 2014, Univision announced that Alejandra would host a new reality show. It was a singing competition called La Banda, which started in 2015.
