Alex Felipe Nery, born on August 14, 1975, is a former professional Brazilian football player. He played as a Midfielder during his career.
Playing career
In the summer of 2001, Alex joined a Japanese football club called Ventforet Kofu. This team played in the J2 League, which is the second-highest football league in Japan. Ventforet Kofu had finished in last place for two years in a row before Alex joined.
Alex played his first game in the J2 League on July 7. This match was against another team called Montedio Yamagata. After his first game, Alex became a regular player for Ventforet Kofu, playing many matches as a midfielder. However, even with Alex on the team, Ventforet Kofu finished in last place for the third year in a row. Alex left the club at the end of the 2001 season.
