Alex Tanas played drums and toured with the Justin Nozuka band for six years. During this time, he even got to open a show for the legendary Stevie Wonder. Alex says that Stewart Copeland and David Grohl are his biggest inspirations. He has also performed with Canadian musicians like Kira Isabella and Pat Robitaille.
Alex often works with singer-songwriter Hayley Gene Penner. He has helped write and produce all her songs. He also frequently works with Sabrina Claudio. For her, he wrote and produced songs such as "I Don't" and "Frozen." He has also written all the songs for the singer vōx.

On Alex's first visit, he and the other members wrote several songs. They then decided to form the band MAGIC!. As a band member, Alex helped write and produce all of MAGIC!'s songs. In February 2022, MAGIC! announced that Alex Tanas had left the band.
Solo Music
Alex Tanas started releasing his own music in 2018. He helped write and produce his singles like "Same Love" and "I Won't." Other songs he worked on include "Other People's Lives" and "Free Myself."
In 2019, he co-wrote and produced "Miles Away" for Kan Wakan. Alex also sang on this song. The song was even called one of the best new songs by a music magazine.
Awards and Honors
