Algernon Greville married a woman named Mary. She was the daughter of Lord Arthur Somerset. Algernon and Mary had a daughter, also named Mary (born 1713 – died 1786). This Mary later married Shuckburgh Boughton. Their family line eventually included Sir Charles William Rouse Boughton.

Serving in Parliament
