Michael Allan Warren, born on October 26, 1948, is an English photographer and actor. He is famous for taking pictures of important people. Early Life and School
Allan Warren grew up in London after World War II. He went to a special acting school called Terry's Juveniles. This school was located inside the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. While at school, he went to many auditions. He got several acting jobs from these auditions.
One of his first jobs was as a child presenter on a TV show called The Five O'clock Club. This job helped him meet many interesting people. One person he met was Marc Bolan, who later hired Warren as his first manager.
Allan Warren's Photography Career
Allan Warren started taking photos when he was 20 years old. At that time, he was acting in a play called Forty Years On. He bought his first camera and began taking pictures of the other actors. His first big photography job was in 1969. His friend Mickey Deans asked him to photograph his wedding to Judy Garland. This was the start of Warren's career as a professional photographer.
After this, Warren continued his photography work. He took portraits of many famous people. These included actors, writers, musicians, and politicians. He also photographed members of the British royal family. In the early 1980s, Warren decided to photograph all 30 British dukes. He also helped start a charity called the Duke's Trust. This charity helps children who are in need.
