Alp Buğdaycı facts for kids
Alp Buğdaycı (born 21 July 1964 in Diyarbakır, died 12 June 2016 in Istanbul) was a Turkish businessman, newscaster, and voice artist. He was known for his work in television news and as a voice actor.
Career
Alp Buğdaycı started his career as a reporter. Between 1982 and 1988, he worked for different newspapers and news agencies. These were located in an area of Istanbul called Bâb-ı Âli, which was famous for its publishing houses.
In 1990, he became a news announcer. He worked for Star 1 (Magic Box), which was Turkey's very first private television channel. The next year, in 1991, he moved to Show TV. There, he was part of a morning show called "Hello to the Sun".
