Alvin Ceccoli (born August 5, 1974) is an Australian footballer. He played as a left back. Alvin played for three A-League clubs during his career. He also represented Australia in international matches.

Playing for Clubs
Alvin Ceccoli began his professional football journey in 1995. He was 21 years old when he joined Wollongong Wolves. This team was part of the National Soccer League (NSL).
Early Career and Success
Alvin played 156 games for Wollongong Wolves. He had a short time playing in Greece for AEK Athens FC. With Wollongong, he helped the team win two NSL Championships. These wins were in the 1999–2000 and 2000–2001 seasons. After that, he moved to Parramatta Power.
Joining the A-League
When the NSL ended, Alvin was one of seven players who joined Sydney FC. This club was part of the new A-League. His first season with Sydney FC was very successful. He became one of the best defenders in the league.
His great performance earned him a spot on the national team again. He played for Australia in a qualifying match for the Asian Cup in 2007. After his time at Sydney FC, he moved to Japan. He played for Avispa Fukuoka in the J2 League.
Later A-League Teams
In 2008, Alvin returned to Australia. He signed with Central Coast Mariners FC for a short time. Later that year, he joined Adelaide United. This was his third A-League club. However, he left Adelaide United to be closer to his family in Wollongong.
Local Football and Retirement
Alvin continued to play local football in the Illawarra Premier League. He played for clubs like Dandaloo FC and Kemblawarra Fury FC. In 2015, he was chosen for Sydney FC's "Team of the Decade."
He led Corrimal Rangers FC to win the Grand Final in 2019. After this, Alvin decided to retire from playing. This was due to ongoing injury problems. He is highly respected in the Illawarra area for his contributions to local football.
Coaching Role
After retiring as a player, Alvin Ceccoli became an Assistant Coach. He works with Roger Jonovski at Corrimal Rangers. His focus is on helping young players develop their skills.
International Matches
Alvin Ceccoli played for the Australian national team from 1998 to 2006. He played 6 matches for his country. He scored one goal for Australia. This goal was against the Cook Islands in 1998. Australia won that game 16–0.
