What's Inside the Civic Center?
The Civic Center has several different areas. Each part is designed for specific types of events.
The Auditorium

Cal Farley Coliseum: Home of Sports!
The Cal Farley Coliseum is a large arena. It has almost 5,000 seats. This is where the Amarillo Bulls play ice hockey. They are part of the North American Hockey League. The Amarillo Venom also play indoor football here. They are part of Champions Indoor Football.

Exhibit Halls

Meeting Rooms
The Civic Center has three special meeting rooms. They are called the Heritage, Hospitality, and Regency rooms. These rooms are used for smaller gatherings. They are great for business meetings or community groups.
A Special Memorial
In front of the Civic Center, there is a statue. It honors Rick Husband. He was a famous astronaut. He was the commander of a space shuttle. Rick Husband was one of Amarillo's most famous people.
