Amber Pilley (born 8 December 1997) is an Australian athlete who used to play rugby league. She played for the Brisbane Broncos in the NRL Women's Premiership, which is a top women's rugby league competition. She also played for the Burleigh Bears in the QRL Women's Premiership. Amber mostly played as a centre and represented her home state, Queensland.

About Amber Pilley
Amber Pilley was born in Campbelltown, New South Wales. When she was two years old, her family moved to the Gold Coast, Queensland. She started playing junior rugby league for a team called the Nerang Roosters. Amber is also of Indigenous background.
Amber's Sporting Journey
Early Success in Rugby Sevens
In 2014, Amber Pilley showed her talent in rugby sevens. This is a faster version of rugby with fewer players. She represented Australia at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics. At this big event, she won a gold medal, which was a fantastic achievement!
Playing for the Indigenous All Stars
In 2015, Amber was chosen to play for the Indigenous All Stars team. This team celebrates Indigenous rugby league players. She played for them again in 2017.
Joining the Brisbane Broncos
In 2017, Amber joined the Burleigh Bears team. In June 2018, she played for South East Queensland in a national championship. Later that year, in August 2018, she joined the Brisbane Broncos team in the NRL Women's Premiership.
NRLW Debut and Grand Final Wins
Amber made her first appearance for the Broncos in September 2018. Her team won that game against the St George Illawarra Dragons. On 30 September 2018, she played as a centre in the Grand Final. The Broncos won the championship, beating the Sydney Roosters 34–12.
In 2019, Amber also played for the Queensland state team. On 6 October 2019, she helped the Broncos win their second NRLW Grand Final. They defeated the St George Illawarra Dragons 30–6.
Dealing with Injuries
In 2020, Amber faced a tough challenge. She had a serious knee injury that kept her from playing the entire season.
