Aminul Islam's Early Life and Learning
Aminul Islam was born in Chapai Nawabganj District, Bangladesh, on December 29, 1963. He went to Rajshahi College for his higher studies. Later, he earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in social work from the University of Rajshahi. He also got another master's degree from Northern University of Bangladesh. In 1988, he joined the Bangladesh Civil Service, which is a government job. He has traveled to many countries like India, Italy, Australia, and Saudi Arabia.
Aminul Islam's Journey as a Writer
Aminul Islam loved books and poems from a young age. He also really enjoys music and songs. He started writing poetry when he was in university. After a break, his first book, "Tantra Theke Doore," came out in 2002. Other popular books followed, like "Mahananda Ek Sonali Nodir Naam" (The Name of a River) in 2004. His books have been enjoyed by many readers and critics. In 2010, he received the Bogra Lekhok Chakra Swikriti Award.
