Ancoraimes (pronounced An-koh-RY-mes) is a special place in Bolivia. Its name in the Aymara language is Janq'u Laymi. It's like a big neighborhood or district within the Omasuyos Province, which is part of the La Paz Department. The main town, also called Ancoraimes, is the center of this area.
