The Andakerebina were an Indigenous Australian group of people who lived in the Northern Territory of Australia. They were one of the many unique Aboriginal groups with their own culture and traditions.
Andakerebina Lands and Territory
The Andakerebina people lived on a large area of land, covering about 12,000 square miles (or 31,000 square kilometers). This area stretched from the Tarlton Range in the Northern Territory all the way east to the Toko Range in Queensland. Their traditional country included the starting points of the Field River and the lower parts of the Hay River. Their land also reached towards Lake Caroline in the southwest. These areas were important for their way of life, providing resources and spiritual connections.
