André Piters (born January 18, 1931 – died October 23, 2014) was a talented Belgian footballer. He was known for playing as a striker, which is a player whose main job is to score goals. Piters played for two main clubs in Belgium: Standard Liège and Olympic de Charleroi. He also proudly represented his country, Belgium, in international matches.

André Piters' Football Career

André Piters started his professional football journey in 1951. He joined Standard Liège, one of Belgium's well-known football clubs. He played for Standard Liège for ten years, from 1951 to 1961. Playing for Olympic de Charleroi

After leaving Standard Liège, Piters moved to another Belgian club. He played for Olympic de Charleroi. He stayed with this team for two years, from 1961 to 1963.

Representing Belgium

André Piters also played for the Belgian national team. He was part of the national squad from 1955 to 1961. He played in 23 international matches for Belgium.
