Andrew Boylan (1 January 1939 – 6 December 2024) was an Irish Fine Gael politician. Boylan was elected to Dáil Éireann as a Fine Gael Teachta Dála (TD) for the Cavan–Monaghan constituency at the 1987 general election, and retained his seat until losing it at the 2002 general election. He was a member of Cavan County Council and Cavan Town Council between 1991 and 2014.
Boylan died on 6 December 2024, at the age of 85.
