Andrew Waterworth, born on April 11, 1986, is a former football player from Northern Ireland. He played as a forward. After his playing career, he briefly worked as the interim manager for the Northern Ireland women's national team.

Playing Career
Andrew Waterworth had a long and successful career playing for several football clubs. He was known for scoring many goals.
Hamilton Academical
Andrew Waterworth joined Hamilton Academical in January 2008. He moved from Lisburn Distillery for £20,000. He played his first game in February against Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup. In April 2008, he scored his first goal for Hamilton against Dundee. After eight months in Scotland, he returned to Northern Ireland. He had played 10 games for the team.
Glentoran
After leaving Hamilton, Andrew joined Glentoran, an Irish Premiership team. While playing for Glentoran, he helped them win important trophies. He won the Irish Premiership title and the Irish Cup. On May 9, 2013, Glentoran announced that Andrew would not be staying with the club.
Linfield
In May 2013, Linfield signed Andrew Waterworth on a two-year contract. In his very first game for Linfield, he broke a bone in his leg. This injury kept him out of action for two months.
However, he made a strong comeback on September 14, 2013. He scored three goals in a 4–1 win against Ballymena United. This was his league debut for Linfield. He scored 11 goals in his first eleven league games. This helped his team reach the top of the league table. His first trophy with Linfield was the 2013–14 County Antrim Shield. They won it after a penalty shootout against Crusaders in the final.
On May 30, 2021, it was announced that Andrew Waterworth would join Glenavon. He signed with them after his contract with Linfield ended. He made his debut for Glenavon as a substitute. This was in a 1–1 draw against Portadown. A week later, he scored his first goals for the club. He scored two goals in a big 6–1 win over Warrenpoint Town.
On July 2, 2022, Andrew Waterworth announced his retirement from football.
International Career
Andrew Waterworth was called to play for the Northern Ireland under-21 team in January 2008. He played seven games for the under-21 team. In those games, he scored two goals.
Managerial Career
On March 16, 2023, it was announced that Andrew Waterworth would take charge of the Northern Ireland women's team. He was their interim manager. He managed the team in one game. This was a 4-1 loss against Wales on April 6, 2023.
