Andy de Jarlis (1914–1975) was a talented Canadian Métis fiddler from Woodridge, Manitoba. He was known for creating over 200 musical pieces. These included lively jigs, reels, polkas, and waltzes. He also released 38 records during his career.

Andy played his fiddle on Winnipeg radio with a group called the Red River Mates. He later moved to Vancouver and then to Montreal. There, he appeared on the popular television show Don Messer's Jubilee. On the show, he performed with his own musical group, Andy Dejarlis and His Early Settlers.

Andy de Jarlis was born Andrew Joseph Patrice Ephreme Desjarlais on September 29, 1914. His hometown was Woodridge, Manitoba. Andy came from a family of Métis fiddlers. The Métis are a special Indigenous group in Canada with a unique culture. He started playing the fiddle when he was just 15 years old.

One of Andy's ancestors was Pierre Falcon, who was a famous Métis poet and songwriter. People called him the "Red River Bard." Andy de Jarlis became very well-known for his music. He wrote more than 200 different tunes, including jigs, reels, polkas, and waltzes. He also recorded 38 albums of his music.

Andy shared his music on Winnipeg radio with a group called the Red River Mates. Later, he moved to Vancouver and then to Montreal. In Montreal, he was featured on the television program Don Messer's Jubilee. He performed there with his band, Andy Dejarlis and His Early Settlers.

Andy de Jarlis passed away on September 18, 1975, in Saint Boniface, Manitoba, Canada.
