Angel Theory was born in Far Rockaway, Queens, New York. Her mother's name is Anna Simpson. From a young age, Angel loved to dance. She trained in many different dance styles at famous studios like Broadway Dance Center. She even danced in music videos for artists like Phillip George and Charles Perry.

When Angel was 14, she was in a car accident. After this, she started to lose her hearing. As she grew older, her hearing loss slowly got worse.

Acting in The Walking Dead

Angel Theory tried out for a role in the TV series The Walking Dead. She originally wanted to play the character Connie. However, the show's producer, Angela Kang, was very impressed by Angel. So, they created a new role for her: Kelly, who is Connie's sister.

With Angel's permission, her real-life hearing loss was added to the story of Kelly. This made the character more realistic and relatable. Angel also helps teach American Sign Language (ASL) to the other actors on The Walking Dead.
