Anja Feldmann started her journey in computer science at the Universität Paderborn in Germany. She earned her first degree there in 1990. After that, she moved to the United States to continue her studies.
She attended Carnegie Mellon University, a famous school for computer science. There, she earned her master's degree in 1991. She then completed her Ph.D., which is the highest university degree, in 1995.
Research and Teaching Career
After finishing her studies, Anja Feldmann worked as a researcher for four years. She was at AT&T Labs Research, a big company that works on technology. Later, she held research jobs at other universities in Germany.
In 2006, she became a professor at the Technische Universität Berlin. She taught about Internet Network Architectures. This means she studied how the internet is built and how it sends information.
