Anne-Aymone Marie Josèphe Christiane Giscard d'Estaing (born 10 April 1933) is a well-known French figure. She is the widow of Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, who was a former President of France.

Anne-Aymone was born in Paris, France. Her full birth name was Anne-Aymone Marie Josèphe Christiane Sauvage de Brantes. She grew up in a place called the Château de Fresne in Touraine.
Her Family Background
Anne-Aymone's father was François Marie Joseph Abel Henri Sauvage, Count de Brantes. Sadly, her father died during World War II in a concentration camp in 1944. Her mother was Princess Aymone Marie Sylvie Renée Françoise de Faucigny-Lucinge et Coligny.
