Anne Margaret Glover (born 6 February 1954) is a very successful British businesswoman. She is the CEO and co-founder of Amadeus Capital Partners. This company is a type of venture capital firm. It invests money in exciting new technology companies across Europe.

Early Career and Education
Before starting Amadeus in 1997, Anne worked at another investment company called Apax Partners & Company Ventures. She was part of the team that decided where to invest money. She also worked as a "business angel." This means she used her own money to invest in new information technology companies in the UK.
Anne was also the COO (Chief Operating Officer) at Virtuality Group plc. This company made equipment for virtual reality, which is like stepping into a computer game world. Earlier in her career, she worked for a company called Cummins Engine. For five years, she was a manager and advisor at Bain & Company in Boston, a big consulting firm.
Anne studied at two famous universities. She earned a master's degree in management from Yale School of Management. She also has a master's degree in metallurgy and materials science from Clare College, Cambridge. Metallurgy is the study of metals, and materials science is about how different materials are made and what they can do.
Helping New Businesses Grow
Anne Glover has played a big role in helping new businesses get started and grow. She was the chair of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA). This group represents many companies in the UK that invest in new businesses.
